When meal prepping think about the whole week or even the month.  Use ingredients that can be put into multiple meals at a time.  Items that can be prepped and stored for later are great.  If something can be made at the beginning of the week, frozen, and defrosted later in the week or month it will make meal prepping so much quicker.

If there is a lot of planning that goes into meal prep it can make life easier.  It is difficult to learn at first, especially if fast food is a favorite.  But in the long run meal prepping with make eating easier, healthier, and probably cheaper.
