Bananas, mandarins or apples cut into small pieces. It is also a good idea to strawberries, oranges, pears or pieces of peaches to make mini fruit salads. From time to time, it is a good surprise to change fruits for a homemade smoothie or a milkshake. Parents can send it to school in a hermetically sealed bottle, or take it with them when they pick up their children after class.
