Mojito: 150-170 calories

A mojito is a refreshing cocktail option that can pack on a lot of hidden calories. But if you make it yourself without a mix, you can enjoy this drink guilt-free. Plus, it's easy to make!

  • 2 oz. white rum
  • 1/2 lime, cut into pieces
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 T white sugar
  • Club soda
  • Ice

In a pint glass, muddle mint leaves and 1 lime pieces. Add a couple more lime pieces with sugar, and muddle again. Fill the glass with ice, pour in the rum, and stir. Taste, adding more lime or sugar if you'd like. Then top with club soda.
