Get creative with your child's packed lunch!
Prepping your child's lunchbox can be fun! There's no need to do the same sandwich with bland gluten-free bread every day. Here are some ideas:
- Make a small taco kit with leftover meat, corn tortillas, cheese, and tomato.
- Cut a hard-boiled egg, fruits, and vegetables into fun shapes with miniature vegetable cutters.
- Make lettuce wraps with tuna salad, chicken salad, or any leftovers from the night before. It'll feel like a sandwich but won't bog them down!
