Erin McKenna, the owner of the bakery, wanted to spread the magic.
In an interview with the Huffington Post, Erin McKenna said that she brought her bakery to the theme park to help spread the magic to everyone, including those with gluten intolerance. “Disney is this place that’s a fantasy land,” she said in her interview. “It was really exciting to open [Erin McKenna’s Bakery] there because it was completing that fantasy for a lot of kids and parents with food allergies.”
