Change Doesn't Happen Overnight
The word ‘diet’ can bring all kinds of hopes and anxieties. It seems like Americans are always looking for the next way to take their health and physiques to the next level. While there are plenty of diets that make amazing promises about dynamite results, very few of them actually deliver.
The worst diets from this year's US News and World Report suffered both because they force the user to make some questionable choices and because they aren’t sustainable in the long term. In contrast, the best diets help users make good choices and actually build a lifestyle that will help them be healthy for years to come.
Health doesn’t happen overnight; it’s built over a long period of time. And, a diet is the same way.
