The foods in an anti-inflammatory diet are healthy, tasty, and colorful, which makes what you would have to give up a little bit easier to swallow (pardon the pun). Foods like fried and processed foods, hydrogenated fats and oils, or anything that a person might get on the boardwalk are not conducive to the anti-inflammatory diet. Even frozen meals, which seem quick and healthy, should also be avoided. Less obvious foods, like dairy, gluten, and grains should also be avoided.
