This Test Accurately Diagnoses Celiac Disease For Those Already Gluten-Free

Looking forward

Celiac disease is a disease affecting the small intestine. If untreated, it may result in something as minor as lactose intolerance to something as serious as the development of some forms of cancer. Even as current celiac testing methods have shown some accuracy in detecting the disease, their accuracy is limited among people who are already on a gluten-free diet. However, the new celiac disease testing method can detect the disease through exclusion at a high degree of accuracy. While additional research may be needed to make it truly viable for commercial use, it does offer a ray of hope for people who are already following a gluten-free diet.
