Looks like a typical stye. Use a wash cloth under very warm (not hot) water applied five times per day for five minutes each time. This must be done as I have suggested. The lid should head towards normal in a few days, but if it is still the same or worse by Tuesday, then see your ophthalmologist.

A woman's eyelids are modified by a significantly less prominent brow protrusion. Eyelid surgery will not alter this. Depending upon your brow protrusion, you will have a more or less feminized eyelid look. So, you should discuss this with your surgeon to determine the likely outlook.

The most common bulge is related to the thyroid gland. Look in the mirror and see if the whites of the eyes on top is showing. Compare how you look to old facial photographs to see if they have changed. Ask your partner if the eyes do not completely close when you are asleep. The most common bulging eyes affect one eye more than the other so asymmetry should be easily noted. 

Some things that you might think are floaters are natural and cannot be gotten rid of. Ask your LASIK surgeon about that. If you have actual floaters, usually membrane fragments in the middle of your eye, there is work being done on modified lasers to vaporize them if they are too disturbing. This has not been perfected and there is some risk, so you need to determine if they are just annoying or interfering with your vision.

This is a problem with the anatomy of the front of the eye in which the lens pushes the iris forward filling the space in the area of the front of the eye which drains the continuous production of fluid so the eye pressure is normal. It is mostly in folks who are hyperopic (note the + sign on the power of your prescriptive eyeglasses or do your eyeglasses magnify an image like a magnifying glass). This can happen from being in the dark-the iris dilates and gets stuck on the drains or from some medications. When this happens, the eye pressure elevates to dangerous levels, your vision will be blurred, you may feel some nausea and a bit of eye pain and the pupil of your eye, which normal opens and closes with light and dark will be a little dilated and will not move with light.This takes place rapidly within literally a few minutes. This can be fixed by your ophthalmologist who will use a laser to make a new opening in the outside of the iris to allow the fluid to get to the drains. This is an urgent situation and needs rapid attention, so get to your ophthalmologist or at least to an ER if you suspect this is happening. 

Dryness of the eyes can occur after LASIK. The tear layering on the eye surface contributes to the clarity of vision, and if the eyes are dry, the vision can become reversibly blurred.

If there is no trace of white or grey on the cornea (the window at the front of the eye through which you see the colored iris inside the eye), then you can use over-the-counter lubricating drops to flush out the eye. If the discharge is thick and white and the eye is red, then you need to see a pediatric ophthalmologist quickly or at least an emergency room.

The best natural eye lubricant is your own tears. Eye drops labeled 'natural' are synthetic and not manufactured from natural sources. I suggest you try several different eye drops from over-the-counter sources until you find one that fits your needs.

You are young enough at 64 to recover rapidly from cataract surgery. You should sleep your normal hours, apply eye drops as prescribed and limit any activity that might put the operated eye at risk. By one week, all should be back to normal.

It sounds like your glasses are providing good vision. Perhaps the frame is too massive and you are uncomfortable with the way that it fits. Go back to the optical shop and get it adjusted.

This is due to nervous over action and is termed myokymia (you can look it up). In most, it is subtle and is something you feel rather than that others can see it. It is benign and does not arise from anything you need to fear. Only rarely is it so obvious that you are uncomfortable with it. In those rare cases where it is that way, Botox can attenuate it. Best, however, to live with it since it will not cause any harm.
