You do not ask a question, but I assume you are wondering about what are your risks and what should you do. I think that your risks are that of any puncture wound. You do not specify why the cat was being treated, but not likely for a blood infection that can be transmitted to you. We worry about some pathogens from cat bites and cat scratches but the risk is relatively low for you.

You need a tetanus booster shot if you have not had it in the recent past. Most doctors would prescribe an antibiotic and I would agree. But above all you should see a doctor and let her...or him.....decide.

Good question
The answer will depend upon who you are: age, immunological status, what you do - work, play, etc.
Contrary to what you read and hear, masks do work, but to be fully protected you need to wear a good fitting N-95 mask whenever in close contact with infected persons. A well fitted N-95 mask is protective, but getting and keeping the close fit is hard.
So vaccination is arguably the best protection but we know it is highly protective against serious illness but less vs infection
Still you should be vaccinated and keep up with boosters as recommended as we live through this epidemic.

Absolute protection is difficult if you want a life. You could move to a mountain top in Idaho without contact with the outside world and be absolutely protected but that is not a life for most of us.
You could wear an N95 respirator and wear a hazmat costume but that’s no fun either
So be vaccinated and wear a good fitting N95 mask when close to other people and you have best chance of avoiding infection

I assume you meant to write herpes simplex and not hepatitis. So if you are intimate with your friend when she has oral outbreaks then there is some risk to you.
But oral ulcers inside the mouth are usually not due to Herpes simplex. Herpes simplex after the first infection is not in the mouth but on the lips. Kissing could cause shedding lesions to infect you. obviously, oral sex involving your penis could also transmit to you.

screening for STDs may not include checking for Herpes simplex. I suggest that you have a blood test for Herpes Simplex type 1 and type2. Herpes is very common and people may them with minimal or no symptoms and you learn if you already have them. Ask your lady friend if she has ever had genital herpes. If yes and you are antibody positive for type 1 and 2 , no worries. If you are negative then some worry unless condoms used for all vaginal intercourse.

The HPV can be shared with you. consider getting the HPV vaccination - even if you are over age 26, you can have the vaccine. the reason not to get it is that most sexually active men will have already been infected, but that may not apply to you. the problem with the HPV vaccine is the cost - it is expensive.

I suspect that even with Herpes and HPV most persons live a normal life without consequences.

You are unlikely to spread ringworm to another person and you do not need to cancel social engagements. With precautions - wearing gloves when handling the infected cat and was well afterward. The fungus does cause infection through intact skin so as long as you have no open sores or scratches your risk is essentially zero. Just tell any visitors not to touch or handle your cat.

You mentioned kitties- so you have more than one? If so discuss it with your vet.
