Over the past 5 years, his practice has been focused on Physical medicine and Rehabilitation, non-surgical regenerative medicine, and clinical research. Regenerative medicine has tremendously impacted the way patients are able to take their lives back and be functional again. Managing acute sports related injuries and chronic pain through regenerative medicine has been a very gratifying experience for him and his patients.

As a testament to his success, Dr. Fernandez has been the recipient of the Patients' Choice Award (2021, 2022), and On-Time Doctor Award (2022).

Outside of the office, he loves to go on adventures with his wife and children, serving on mission trips with his church, training for triathlons, playing golf and tennis. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
