It is known that egg quantity and egg quality decrease after 35 years of age. Freezing eggs is an excellent option for those who have not found a partner.

The process is simple. Consultation followed by testing which includes blood test [ AMH, FSH , E2, LH ], ultrasound [ Antral follicle count ]. Injections [ Follistim/Gonal F and Menopure are given for 11 days. Eggs will be at optimum size by that time. Triggers are given to help mature and after 36 hours eggs are collected. Conscious sedation is given. It takes 20 mins to collect the eggs.

Depending upon the family size and age the eggs are frozen to increase the chance of having kids. If there is a low number then multiple cycles can be done increase the odds of having the family.
