The skin will be healing and the nail should come off after a long warm water soak and a gentle pull of the male. Follow up with ointment 3 more days. If no redness or pain you should be finished. Any concerns see your local Podiatrist or PCP.

If medications for inflammation are necessary a chiropractor is not licensed to provide this service. Chiropractors to have anti-inflammatory modalities that can be helpful.
