Also if the bite is not quite perfect, it might put a bit of unusual pressure on the tooth making it feel like the entire tooth is loose, while it is not really “loose” it definitely can feel that way. I would say that the statistical odds point to a slight bite adjustment being needed. Both of these situations are not indications of anything being done incorrectly by the office that placed the crown, but are situations that happen from time to time. I would give the office a call and explain the situation to them. I’m sure it can be fixed with a quick look from the doctor.
