Really it depends how well it’s made and how well you take care of it. The average life of a crown in the US , the last time I checked the stat is 7 years. A permanent bridge is crowns that are made together, so I think it would be the same. Having said that , if any of the bridges I make only last 7 years I consider that a disappointment. However if the patient does not brush , floss, and go for cleanings it won’t last anywhere near that long. There are many reasons that I prefer implants. But they also must be maintained.
