A permanent bridge is crowns that are made together, so I think it would be the same. Having said that , if any of the bridges I make only last 7 years I consider that a disappointment. However if the patient does not brush , floss, and go for cleanings it won’t last anywhere near that long. There are many reasons that I prefer implants. But they also must be maintained. Invisalign type orthodontics can accomplish many different tooth movements, an in most cases is just as well. Invisalign is more expensive, and the patient has to be very diligent. Hope this helps
