exercises...if they are not willing to assist look for a chiropractor or
clinic that will offer adjustments as well as exercises and stretching

I personally do not do X-rays in my clinic, but have sent patients offsite so that we could rule out any contraindications to treatment (accidents, past injuries, etc would be a good reason for X-ray review).
