I could not tell you, as most people who come to see me don't stay in touch for me to know how successful they were long term. But for quitting temporarily, at worst, I'd say 50/50. And usually, the 50 who fail sabotage themselves or don't follow instructions.

I am going to encourage you to go to a Biologic Dentist to get that checked out, and then find a professional, fully trained acupuncturist with at least a Master's degree in Chinese Medicine.

However, our healing system is about creating balance in a patient's whole body-mind-spirit system, and that is the type I practice. As such, the magic point is dependent on what your imbalance is, which I don't know from one symptom. As in, the real magic point(s) (usually multiple) for you is the one that treats whatever your imbalance is.

And there are lots of books on acupressure on the market if that's what you are looking for.
