You can also check the hcg & progesterone levels to see if they are in a normal range. I sometimes will give a safe progesterone like promethium to support the pregnancy during this time. With abdominal surgery or C/Section you put more stress on your back to protect your tummy. This normal.

Whats wrong with me?

It should be bleeding from the uterus. Bleeding releases prostaglandins that can cause uterine cramps. Just be sure you are not pregnant

Switching antibiotics?

You can Azo with either. Did you get a urine culture before the antibiotics? That would identify the urinalysis bacteria. Check with your Doctor if not better soon

What is causing a fishy odor?

It can be caused by bacterial infections & can be treated with antibiotics. I would let your physician know. Make sure you don’t have a retained tampon.

Do I have vaginitis?

It sounds like some type of leukoplakia which can be benign. I would let a doctor check it in the office.

Breast cancer?

You probably need a diagnostic mammogram & a consult by a breast specialist. It may be a benign fibroadenoma. Just get a medical consult to be sure.

Is my hymen broken?

If you are having regular intercourse it is likely broken. The best way to tell is by your Gyn doctor by exam. You would need an exam to determine that.
