Denture brush, soap. Then you can use polident for example.

Absolutely, make sure you use the specific head for braces.

Not really. Only the tooth portion will whiten while the bond may not...
What's the difference between composite veneers and porcelain?
Is a big difference. Think of the composite ones like a plastic that can stain, wear, deteorate, versus porcelain- think more like china plates....they last!
How long should I wear retainers after braces?
For as long as you want straight teeth!

Yes they can, as they rub over the tissue. You should have them relined at the minimum. Maybe adjustment or new ones to preserve the remaining bone available.
