Stage IV Walk 2 minutes, Jog 4 minutes
Stage V Jog every other day with a goal of reaching 30 consecutive minutes. Begin with 5 minutes
of walking, gradually increasing the pace. End with 5 minutes of walking.

If your pediatrician doesn't seem to be concerned, then find a new pediatrician for a second opinion. I have 2 children and whatever concerns I have for my kids better be shared by my doctor, otherwise I'm going to someone that shows me they care as much as I do.

Why is my lower back swollen?
