1. Almond- good source of protein, may have a lot of added sugar.
2. Coconut- good source of fat but can cause diarrhea
3. Cashew- nothing wrong with it but it can taste gross
4. Rice- almost no fat and no protein
5. Hemp- it's a weed, ew.
6. Soy- the soy protein effects your body in similar ways to the hormone estrogen. Not an ideal choice when there are better options.
