1) foremost likely related by postural dizziness
A) assess fall risk esp in home setting via home eval
B) review Med (esp BP Med) w/potential side effect
C) any vestibular issues (i.e., ENT issues; check EAR)
2) then would check other sources/causes
A) Cardiac abnormality (CAD/MI, A.Fib, cardiac arrhythmia including AV block)
B) Neuro (including Meniere’s; doubt CVA)
