Do spider veins get worse?

Generally, spider veins don't turn INTO varicose veins, but you could certainly have both spider AND varicose veins.

How to relieve vascular problems in both legs?

You would need to have an ultrasound of the legs and a physical exam to determine this.

I recommend use of knee high compression stockings - either 15-20mmHg or 20-30mmHg gradient. Regular exercise is also beneficial.
