If you are noticing a problem, asking people to repeat, confusing words or ringing in the ears every year. No complaints every 2 to 3 years
Can acid reflux cause issues in my throat?

Tonsillitis and strep are not the same thing nor are they mutually exclusive. Tonsillitis is an infection of the tonsils, pharyngitis an infection of the throat with or without tonsillitis. Strep throat is one of several bacterial infections that can cause tonsillitis or pharyngitis. In addition to bacteria a virus can cause tonsillitis or pharyngitis. The only way to confirm strep is by culture.
My daughter has a lot of wax in her ears. How can we clean them?
If no history of perforated ear drums murine ear wax system. If no help needs to be seen in office

Water should either be distilled or boiled water that you then let cool off

If it’s truly wax not an issue. If there is any pain or a yellow or watery discharge then it could be infection. See how it progresses over next few days
