I would recommend flushing your sinus with saline after a trip on the plane. Unfortunately, since the air is recycled it can cause allergy symptoms or even a virus or bacterial infection. Other herbal supplements I recommend for immune system boosts are probiotics, zinc, echinacea. Getting rest is so important so even if you are jet lag off time with your sleep getting 8 hours in is highly recommended. When we don’t sleep our 7-8 hours we then don’t produce cytokines which are important in fighting infections and inflammation in our body.
