Ibuprofen can cause acid reflux so should be taken with food. Too much Tylenol can cause liver damage. You should not more than 2,400mgs of Tylenol or products with acetaminophen per day and definitely do not drink alcohol with Tylenol. Try to use non-medicinal alternatives in addition to these pain medicines to reduce your pains as well.
