However you are early in pregnancy and if your subsequent ultrasound shows that there is a sac but there is no fetal pole, there is no heartbeat and you are still bleeding then most likely it is a miscarriage.Another way to figure out whether it is a miscarriage or not is to test serum hCG values, if they are declining then it is a miscarriage.

It is difficult to predict ovulation day if the cycle is not regular. Even if your cycle is regular, it is not possible to know the exact next menstrual date. Hence we consider an approximate. According to your cycle pattern, find out when are you going to get your next first menstrual bleed. Calculate 14 days prior to that, that would be the expected data for ovulation. Take 3 days before the expected date of ovulation and 3 days after the expected date of ovulation-hence 1 week. Alternate sexual activity around that. Also, you are young, be patient. Sometimes some patients get pregnant in less than a year and some little over a year.

But you do need to approach her gynecologist if you have cycles frequent, then 21 days or bleeding more than 7-9 days, heavy.

Why do my breast hurt?
It may be just a hormonal effect. You can apply vitamin E ointment or take vitamin D tablet 400 mg 3 times a day. Tight breast support. Avoid coffee/tea/spicy/oily food.

Your discharge seems to be a yeast/fungal infection. It probably happened because of the antibiotics you were given to treat the pelvic inflammatory disease.
