Are OTC products recommended for teeth whitening?
I do not recommend OTC whitening. Once your teeth have been whitened professionally OTC whitening may help keep your teeth whitened longer.
How should I select my toothpaste?
Abrasiveness, ability to kill bacteria in the mouth and of course individual taste. I recommend Colgate Total.
I had some bleeding in my gums while brushing. Could it be serious?
Bleeding gums is a sign that should be checked by your Dentist.

Yellow film is not tooth decay. Visit your Dentist for evaluation and cleaning.
