The answer to your question is very complicated. There are a number of things, conditions, and illnesses that could be causing her nausea. Some of these might be benign, others may be more serious. Initially, I suggest getting a medical workup as there are a number of medical issues that could cause anxiety. If you are considering a natural approach, then the possibilities are many including Valerian, Chamomile, Lavender, and also CBD oil. All of these have side effects and interactions, so be very careful. They should not be taken if a patient is on any agent for mental illness. There is no such thing as the best approach for anxiety, as it needs to be a targeted, personalized plan.

This is a difficult question to answer as any competent clinician would need to know a lot more about your case and history before giving any kind of guidance.
Moreover , we would need to know about what kind of medications you are on and any allergies you have to address your specific needs. That said, there are a number of modalities including anti-inflammatory nutrition, supplements and herbs that could possibly be of benefit.

That is a great question. Acupuncture has been studied extensively on patients with neck pain. In a 2018 study, it took between 6 and 15 sessions to abate the pain. Also in some patients their pain was alleviated for 12 months. I know it has helped a number of my patients.

There are a number of studies that show acupuncture to be effective for arthritis even rheumatoid. You might want to consider an anti-inflammatory diet, exercise, medication, and yoga. By the way, a number of insurance companies will help with the cost.

CBT was developed in the 1950's and 60's by the renowned psychiatrist, Dr. Beck. Later in the 1970's, three clinicians went further and developed this module for eating disorders, including anorexia. I personally feel that this therapy is very beneficial for a number of mood disorders along with the issue mentioned above. The benefits certainly outweigh the risks.

I hope you are winning your battle and know you want to feel better. More information is needed to answer your question. Where is your cancer and has it spread to other organs? Have you lost weight? Where specifically are you receiving radiation? Overall, I would say to hold off getting any massage until you are over with radiation. Starting now, you would be safe getting Reiki or "Healing Touch" energy work towards feeling better. Additionally, I would say it might be safe for you to explore reflexology on your hands and feet for relaxation.

Regarding bringing down blood pressure. This is a complex question without knowing the patients history or medication list. I would say first that each patients needs and histories are different and one size does not fit all. The etiology of high blood pressure is multifactorial, therefore there might be a multitude of lifestyle changes in order. Diet and nutrition is very important because the Standard American Diet is toxic and oftentimes deadly. Going forward I would say a diet including fatty fish. organic fowl, healthy nuts, vegetables , and low sugar fruits would be an ideal way to start lowering blood pressure. Additionally, adding low sodium foodstuffs and healthy fluids such as filtered water and low caffeine teas and coffee should be included. The addition of garlic, co-ensyme Q10, beets, beet crystals, and flax meal would be very helpful. Exercise is critically important. Finally, I would suggest working with an integrative clinician would be wise considering that most western medicine professionals are not well versed in these topics.

Fatigue is a very common symptom that can have a multitude of etiologies besides fibromyalgia. To cover all of your basis I would first ask your clinician do perform some type of cardiac work-up, basic labs and include a TSH level (thyroid). Additionally, I would think about a hair analysis to rule out heavy metals. Consider a diet that would include fatty fish, organic chicken and turkey, and with a large amount of vegetables and low sugar fruits. Investigate Turmeric, Vitamin C, Co-Enzyme Q10, and Vitamin D3. Exercise, yoga, and low-impact weights could be helpful as well.

Food poisoning is a generic term that includes a plethora of possibilities as far as differential diagnosis. The symptoms might be mild or severe. The organs involved may include one or many. As far as hormones, again, each case is different. And yes, hormones are important.
