 1.   A good way to improve your circulation is to exercise. Any exercise for 12 minutes to 15 minutes will help daily. Exercise on work or lunch breaks, after work, before or after dinner. Gradually increase to 20 to 30 minutes as a goal. If you exercise over 30 minutes at one time this will help weight loss.  Exercise helps blood circulation and is the key to keeping the blood vessels elastic, flexible and unclogged.

2The second way you can improve your circulation is when you take a shower, turn on the hot water, as hot as you can stand it for 60 seconds, then move to as cold as you can stand it for 60 seconds. Start with 15 seconds at first then work your way up to 60 seconds. Return to the hot, then alternate to the cold, 6 times. Feel the tingling refreshment!

 3.  Massage, acupressure, or cupping will help your circulation. Cupping has its own numerous benefits of drawing fresh blood to the surface and also activating blood circulation. I would recommend someone licensed in Acupuncture for the cupping. 4000 years ago, the Antelope horn was used originally as the tool for cupping.

4. Reduce any daily consumption habits, such as wine, coffee. Avoid the consumption of alcohol and exposure to tobacco. They increase cholesterol buildup and hardening of arteries.

5.  Dry brush your skin periodically, preferably before a shower to remove dead skin cells. Stimulating the skin will help the dermatomes of the body.

6.  Elevate your legs above your heart.

7.  Drink quality green tea after eating.

8.  Drink water daily.

9.  Reduce stress by keeping a gratitude list of 3 things; you are grateful for, what would make today great? And 3 daily affirmations. What we think about we bring about. Positives will make changes. Take one day at a time.

10.  Stretch; even if it’s one body part for 12 seconds. Stretch the flexors. Stretch throughout the day.

Many Blessings in Health,
