Put the peroxide in your ear just prior to showering, then irrigate ear in shower. No Q-tips. Do this once a month.

Antibiotic drops will suffice in most cases, being Rx'd for 5-10 days. Some ear canals need to be reclined after a week. Oral antibiotics are seldom indicated unless is also a middle ear infection, Post traumatic, contaminated TM perforation, extensive auricular involvement, immune compromise, some brittle diabetics. More can to find non-ENTs who Rx oral antibiotics for uncomplicated ear canal infections.

After water exposure, rinse ear canals by cupping ears in the shower (to remove surface chlorine). Towel dry. No q-tips. Get RX for Vosol ear drops from your PCP or ENT. Instill 2-3 drops in both ears 2-3 times a day for a week. Keep out of the pool for 2-3 weeks. Remedy is to quit swimming.

Unlikely. Could be viral, could be allergy, could be reflux, could be acidic food sensitivity, could be surface drying from mouth breathing at sleep.
