Sleeping pills may be helpful if you are not using them frequently. However, to properly answer the question, I would need to know if you have any other medical issues. Do you have problems breathing for instance? Do you have any liver or kidney disease? Assuming that you have no other medical issues, then you can try it. However, it would be better to try exercising and more natural means, such as using melatonin. You should exercise at least 30 minutes five times a day if there is no contraindication. Do not exercise within two hours of expected bedtime. In addition, make sure you are not overly stimulated at night, such as watching TV. Keep the same bedtime schedule so that your body can become adjusted to a routine. That is to go to bed and wake up the same time each day.
