This can happen with fever but an EEG 9 electroencephalogram) a CT brain scan and a child neurology consult is medically necessary. While it can be a febrile seizure the child should be evaluated with complete family history and all the other risk factors for epilepsy and migraine.

It is not curable, but is treatable. Multiple medications are available and the newer ones are more effective (and have more side effects).

Eye twitching is not necessarily MS related. Did you try Baclofen or tizanide? They may help.

Can blackouts happen during your period?
Pain can cause syncope = fainting and also check your blood count for anemia.

MRI findings are necessary criteria for MS but they are not always diagnostic. A detailed neurological history and exam are much more important.

Sleep problems and Alzheimer's
Do not use over the counter sleep agents. They tend to make memory and confusion worse. Talk to your doctor if Seroquel may be appropriate for her at this stage of AD
