Most of the time things will straighten out on their own in the next month or 2. If they do not you need to make an appointment to be seen.
This is, of course, in light of the negative pregnancy test. If you hadn't done that I'd have recommended that as a first step.

Water births are not offered at most hospitals anymore due to an increased risk of infection that has been associated.
Some birthing centers do offer them still and that generally would be under the care of a midwife rather than a physician.
