If you are not losing weight, I would recommend getting off gluten in your diet and take an antibiotic for 21 days that covers bacteria in the intestine, either Vibramycin or Xifaxan for 21 days and see if it makes a difference.

That is a lot of eggs, and will be associated with a high cholesterol intake. I would think that the limit should be egg whites and limit to 3 or 4 a day

C difficile will not cause changes to the small bowel villi... it is likely that you have celiac disease if the small bowel biopsies are abnormal.
Bleeding after a colonoscopy - is it normal?
It can. Make sure you are not taking aspirin or nonsteroidal antiinflamatory drug or blood thinner. If persists see physician immediately
