Full mouth implants probably will take about a month. They can be done on a temporary basis in about 30 -60 days depending on what type of prosthesis you choose. There is a substantial amount of planning that goes into the process.
Use of mini implants and a removable full denture will be the fastest, and require the least amount of planning and cost.
Regular implants and a fixed prosthesis will be the most expensive, and overall can take about 6 to 12 months depending on the surgeon and the overall health of the patient.
Messaging you gums probably will not help your gingivitis. Gingivitis is inflammation of the gums cause by a foreign body or bacteria. That is usually plaque. Inflammation is characterized by redness, swelling and bleeding. What will help, is proper brushing to remove plaque from around the gum line, flossing to remove plaque in between the teeth, and ultimately, going to your dentist to have a professional cleaning to remove all the plaque, but any tartar (old plaque) that has formed and created a rough surface where new plaque sticks more easily.
