Sometimes the lymphoid tissue becomes covered over and leaves a cystic like area that does not get infected and does not need drainage or any procedure. As it has been present for more than 2 years, this can be observed.

Feeling of hair in throat?

Most likely, the symptoms may persist but the foreign object usually dissipates and goes without any problems and no long-term side effects.

Difficulty eating and swallowing?

For these types of symptoms, it is best to have a complete examination by expert physician.

Ear pressure?

Proper evaluation by your nose and throat physician with audiometry to pursue the symptoms of the ear fullness and tinnitus would be recommended.

How do I get rid of chronic mucus production?

Mucus is a normal issue and does not need to be expectorated.

Tonsil blister?

Superficial mucosal irritation should last 1-2 days and is treated with gentle cool water to calm down the rotation. No antibiotics are indicated at this time

Throat pain?

Continue gentle Valsalva maneuvers along with the use of the ibuprofen. The symptoms will resolve in a few days or so.

Taking medication for congestion and running nose?

Not a good idea to take pseudoephedrine while on antihypertensive medication. Better choice would be using diphenhydramine for the symptoms.
