However at the first sign of sore gum tissue I would discontinue the hydrogen peroxide. Really you should consult a dentist in person as well ; I usually find that people have other deficiencies in tooth shape and size that are aesthetically more important than the color. Perhaps a tailor made approach to your smile makeover may be indicated.
