My baby has been passing extremely yellow urine. Could it be jaundice?

She is most likely to be dehydrated and not gaining enough weight. She should be checked by a Paediatrician ASAP

My 1 month old baby sleeps for long hours and even doesn’t wake up for feeds unless woken up. Is it normal?

I feel this depends on whether she is gaining weight well or not and whether she reaching her developmental milestones on time. If she is gaining well, it also depends on how long you have allowed her to sleep before waking her. Does she wake more frequently during the day? If you are at all worried, you need to see a pediatrician. If she has not gained weight, it is even more important to see a pediatrician early. She is likely to be healthy, but don't wait if you are concerned.

Kind regards,

A two month old baby may be very difficult to diagnose. They can also deteriorate quickly so it's important to see a doctor.
You need to take his temperature and if it is elevated above 37.5C he needs to be seen in hospital in order to find the cause of his fever. He then needs antibiotics until tha cause is found; this is until the age of 3 months after which thing are a little less urgent. He also needs to be seen in hospital if he is vomitng or passing significantly less urine than usual.
Otherwise the baby can be seen in a medical centre; you can usually find one open in whatever area you live in. If there is no local GP open take him to hospital.
I hope this helps

I think he needs to be seen by a specialist, probably initially a Paediatrician who will find out all about him and almost certainly arrange for him to to have some investigations done. Ringing in the ears can have various causes so there is no easy answer without a very thorough examination and investigations. The treatment depends on the cause, so it may be due to lots of different causes. It is important to talk to a specialist, not just to guess that this is an issue with balance.
