After that in few month we try to lighten up and the symptoms recur we r committed to two years. Unfortunately, there r long term depression that we tease out with proper history. It’s advisable to have psychotherapy with the antidepressants and this will give us more clues about cutting the antidepressants and it’s more efficient to have psychotherapy with the antidepressants , and it makes good sense.

It’s dangerous because patients use home treatments like alcohol to sleep and slow down and you will have two diseases, and if the patient is at an age to have other illnesses, it will show in organic diseases. Nevertheless, it is TREATABLE if we as psychiatrists see the patient EARLY and will have a good prognosis.
