Yes. You had a premature ovarian failure. You must take hormone replacement for at least 7 years. Otherwise, you will look and feel as if you’re 60 when you’re only 50 years old. READ MORE

Between 20%-40% depending on the reason of the infertility.

No, you're doing enough. But just make sure that you're taking your pills regularly.

Pain around the vagina without sexual intercourse could be due to:

1)     Pelvic floor dysfunction where the pelvic floor muscles are in a continuous state of spasm as a result of painful stimulation or because of fibromyalgia.

2)    Pelvic congestion syndrome where the venous circulation in the pelvis is stagnant and the veins are engorged and form varicosities. This can result from a sedentary lifestyle, chronic constipation or sexual dissatisfaction.

3)    Endometriosis in the recto-vaginal septum can cause a sharp pain to worsen with periods & during sex.

4)    Pain with chronic pelvic infection, pelvic abscess and Crohn’s disease of the rectum can also be felt around or behind the vagina

       

I'm pregnant, and I feel like I'm gaining a lot of weight. Is there anything I can do?

You need to exercise a lot. At least 30 minutes of Cardio daily. Avoid excess carbs & perhaps go for a gluten-free diet. Also, make sure that you don’t have Gestational Diabetes. READ MORE

What can cause redness and itching around my vagina?

Yeast infection is the commonest cause. Lichen planus or sclerosis cause localized redness and itching.

Yes, it is safe to have sex. It will not make it worse. Go ahead. You need this treated by surgery or pessary. You need an experienced gynecologist.

Do fibroids grow back after surgery?

Yes. Fibroid is decided in the women genes. No one can change this.
