Adjustments and Fructose Malabsorption Syndrome

A 10 year old female entered our offices with her mom. She was very distraught, shaking, and extremely weak. Her mother had been traveling all around the country, striving to find help for her daughter. In total, she has taken her daughter to 14 pediatric centers. The doctors told her that she had a syndrome that had no cause. They called it a "Fructose Malabsorption Syndrome".

There was no plausible explanation for this young girls condition. If she ate natural or processed sugars, she would have severe diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Sometimes, for hours on end. It was so sad to see such a beautiful young girl suffer so much.
