Approximately 350 years ago, in Chenjiagou, or preferably the Chen-Village… presented the historic initiation of the practice of Tai Ji Quan, Chen Style. The Chen Family stayed, settling therewithin Henan. Now known as the Chen Village, or Chenjiagou. Individually introduced by the man named Chen Wangting.

Born approximately in 1580; a retiring Military-Serviceman, who had returned home to his Family’s Village therein Henan Province. The announced place of origin for Tai Chi a traditional Chinese-Medicinal-Martial Arts-Practice.

A Chen-Family Martial-Art that was intended to be passed down to his descendants throughout all the generations. The health-promoting practice of Tai Chi is rooted in history. Becoming a way of life in Chenjiagou…the Chen-Village.

Tai Chi local schools, therewithin the community of the Chen Family, have become established as the primary center for this circle of people. Generations after the generations, the Chen Family descendants still live there within the Chen-Village. While also, currently to this very day, still… teach the Chen-Family Martial-Art methods. These Martial-Art Techniques remain secured therewithin the Chen Family; as a closely guarded family Practice. For the roughly mentioned, 150-years. Techniques that added in the inner-directed Meditative behaviors.
