We are told of the collapse of the existing mental health service non-system throughout our 50 states and our territories. This collapse is accomplished by the upsurge in shootings and beating by police. The faces of the abused while not exclusively black or brown are predominantly so. Is it a mere coincidence that eliminating Black History courses is a priority for governors of Texas, Florida, and South Carolina's woman presidential candidate?

If you own a person's identity you can declare all malfeasance befalling that person to be the result of it and make invisible all of the blows and inequities imposed by medical, judicial, educational, and so-called welfare systems.

Viruses, bacteria, and metabolic disease like diabetes does have a universal distribution but are genetically, geographically, and racially distributed with the elimination of Public Health Services and influence diseases and malfeasance are likely to increase, exposing our failed and failing systems of care. More and more must fall on individual common sense.
