The Covid Relief Act is finally the law of the land having survived by virtue of the so-called nuclear option with the deciding vote cast by Kamala Harris ex officio the vice presidency in the senate and by a narrow margin in the house. In each instance, the opposition of republicans was notable even where their constituents were clearly the beneficiaries. The specter of Donald Trump as the de facto leader of the party haunts all proceedings. The U.S. death rate increased by 15% last year, because of covid. The hiding of their vaccination by the then POTUS and FLOTUS to advance politicization of preventive measures is further evidence of moral turpitude and MOM cynicism.
Senator McConnell now inveighs against the inflationary effect of dumping almost two trillion dollars into the economy. As though the money has an effect like excess brake fluid. This while his wife is being investigated for misuse of her treasury secretary office under MOM. In the meanwhile, Gov.
