Do I have endometriosis?

Endometriosis is definitely high on the possibility list. Unfortunately, the only way to truly diagnose it is via surgery.

Antibiotic while breastfeeding?

That medication is safe while breastfeeding.

Retained tissue?

Its possible not all of the tissue has passed and that retained tissue can be causing pain. I would make sure to be seen by a physician to discuss further options.

I haven't had my period?

This could be just a normal occurrence. If you were to miss more periods, it would be a good idea to go in to be evaluated.

Although the chances are lower, it is definitely possible to get pregnant.

No second period?

When first getting your periods, they can be very irregular. Also if you are an athlete, its normal for your periods to go away due to your exercise routine.

What is causing a fishy odor?

This is likely a bacterial infection. Typically treated with metrogel or flagyl.

Are frequent periods a huge deal?

It would depend on how much bleeding you are having and how frequently they come. Could be a sign of other issues like fibroids, polyps, or clotting disorders.

An expired IUD?

No. Either you aren't pregnant or its a false negative, but the IUD will only help prevent pregnancy, it doesn't affect pregnancy tests.

Painful sex?

There could be a number of issues causing this. I would seek an appointment with an ObGyn.

I think I might be pregnant?

It's very possible to be pregnant. A home pregnancy test at this point would be very reliable.

Is my period normal?

Irregular periods can be normal until late teens. The painful periods may not be normal. You should make an appointment with an ob/gyn.

Will a change in dosage for birth control matter?

Hard to say. I'd take the prescription given. If it works well, great. If not, ask for the dose adjustment.

I usually recommend sitz baths. If that doesn't help, go see a doctor.

It does sound possible. I'd recommend getting a home pregnancy test or going to your ob/gyn for an evaluation.

I would resume taking your birth control as scheduled. If you are concerned for pregnancy, you can take a plan B.

That's usually after menopause (average age for menopause is 51) and even then only becomes a problem in some women. Sometimes hormone replacement can help prevent that.

What could I have?

It sounds like there may be a vaginal infection or possibly a urinary infection. I would go in to get tested by your obgyn.

I had unprotected sex and took plan b the next day?

Yes. The plan B should still be effective.
