Traditional Chinese Acupuncture
It is a technique of inserting metal fine filiform needles into the Acupuncture points (Acupoints) in the Superficial part of the body and manipulating needles with the aim of smoothing the flow of Qi and blood and balancing the Yin and Yang.

Gliding cupping
Cupping refers to an ancient Chinese practice in which the cups applied to the skin and the localized suction in the cup by vacuum (using heat or by suctioning out air) so that the skin and superficial muscle layer is gently drawn into and held in the cup for 5-15 min. In the gliding cupping, the cup may be moved while the suction of skin is active, causing a regional pulling of the skin and muscle. Cupping may produce red/purple color on the cupping area that may remain for 1-5 days.
