Most crowns are good to chew on after 2-12 hours. Some are OK to eat with immediately, depending on which cement your dentist has used. Regardless of the type of cement used, it is avoid chewing in areas that have not fully recovered from dental anesthetic to avoid soft tissue damage.

It depends on what was done. For a minor oral surgery procedure you typically can keep the gauze in your mouth for a few hours, to make sure the blood clots and you are not bleeding excessively. If you are still oozing after this point in time, change out the gauze with fresh, clean gauze and reapply. Contact your dental office for more detailed instructions.

Absolutely! When dental implants were first developed, they were used frequently to stabilize dentures and replace missing teeth in middle aged and elderly patients. They are still used in this manner today.

It will take a while, and it will be messy. If you don't want to use a denture brush to clean your dentures, you can also use an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner or an electric toothbrush (without toothpaste).

The most common technique to get dentures "done in one day" is to do an immediate denture, where a denture is fabricated prior to removing teeth, and placed on the same day that teeth are removed. Immediate dentures (sometimes called "healing dentures") will loosen as your body heals, and are usually either replaced with another denture, or are relined to fit your mouth as your body heals. An immediate denture appointment usually involves several steps, and several appointments prior to the surgical date.

You can still floss normally between a bridge and the neighboring teeth. Flossing underneath a bridge requires slightly more effort, but is absolutely necessary if you wish to have the bridge last as long as possible. There are commercially available floss threaders that will allow you to pass dental floss underneath the bridge so you can squeegee the underside and remove trapped food debris. The method I recommend most often to my patients is to use a water flosser once or twice a day prior to bedtime. There are several brands available, the most commonly available is Waterpik.
