Psychiatrist | Psychiatry

Dr. A. Camis Milam is the Chief Medical Officer for Compass Health.  While she does not maintain her own practice, she is responsible for the psychiatric medical care of all Compass Health patients in Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, San Juan and Island Counties.  Compass Health takes only patients with Medicaid or Medicare/Medicaid.  Every patient will have a counselor and, if needed, a psychiatrist.  We believe in treating the whole person and in psychiatry that means counseling along with any medications.  We treat short term anxiety and depression as well as more chronic conditions including PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorder and major depression.  We treat the entire age spectrum from early childhood behaviors to end of life concerns.
